Stadium Series Shipping Info
2026 NHL Stadium Series Orders will begin shipping on
Monday, December 16th
All orders will be processed in the order they are received. Please note that some items have a later ship date depending on when TampaBaySports.com receives them from the manufacturer. Please check each item, as ALL items in your order will ship together.
We will do our best to ship orders out in time for holiday delivery within the state of Florida. However, the Holiday Shipping Deadline of December 10th has past and due to increased volume, we cannot guarantee holiday delivery. The only way to guarantee your Stadium Series gear in time for Christmas is to purchase at our Benchmark International Arena Store starting December 15th at 12 p.m.
Unless otherwise indicated on the product page, all orders placed by December 31, 2025 will ship no later than January 12, 2026, so that Florida residents receive their package well ahead of the Stadium Series game on February 1, 2026.

All orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday (excluding Holidays). Most orders ship from Tampa Bay Sports within 2-3 business days of placement. Once an order is placed customers will receive an order conformation e-mail. You will receive another e-mail once your package has been scanned for shipment with your tracking number and link.
If there should be any circumstance beyond the carriers control (weather, natural disasters, etc.) your delivery may be delayed. These situations are beyond our control and do not allow us to refund costs.
Special shipping for drop ship item(s): Special fee applied to orders containing an item(s) shipped directly from the manufacturer. This fee is based on the weight of the item(s) and the special handling necessary to ship the item(s) directly from the manufacturer. Shipping times vary based on the item; see item descriptions for item specific delivery estimates. Non-drop ship items included in an order with one or more drop ship items, by default, will ship separately via Fed Ex. If you would like those items shipped using another method, you should place two separate orders; one for the drop ship item(s) and one for the non-drop ship items.
